Metadata does not auto-populate on WC Capture fields from Peoplesoft using Managed Attachments.

The issue:

Peoplesoft -> Garnishments -> Managed Attachments -> "NEW": results in auto-populated meta data from Peoplesoft on the Check-in form.

Peoplesoft -> Garnishments -> Managed Attachments -> "SCAN": results in NO auto-populated meta data from Peoplesoft on the Capture page to check-in the scanned document.

Have applied patch Webcenter Content Bundle Patch 11 (MLR 11) and Patch 20137459 - BUILD 3 - 23 DEC 2014, and this continues to not work correctly.
