Users cannot login to logon manager after an upgrade to 22.214.171.124.0
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. upgrade PS2 client to PS3.
2. make no changes to global agent settings.
3. Users cannot authenticate to the login prompt. They can enter a password but the 'OK' button does not appear to do anything.
