Workflow Actionable Emails Faile When Mail Client Attaches Signature: "No NID Placeholder" (Doc ID 2052032.1)

Symptoms

When a workflow is set up with actionable e-mails and the user actions a task from an e-mail, the task fails to process further when the mail client
adds a signature with an image to the bottom of the reply to e-mail in LOTUS NOTES.

When the signature is removed from the reply mail, the approval is working from email. 

The mail can be viewed in Enterprise Manager - SOA Infrastructure Home - Human Workflow Engine Home - Notification Management - Incomming Notification when selecting view content it returns blank.
