Symptoms
Using FrameworkFolders in WebCenter Content (WCC) 11.1.1.8.
You cannot access folders whose names include multibyte (Japanese, Chinese, ...) characters.
For example, now I have 2 folders whose names has multibyte characters (Japanese and Chinese) as following:
Then, I try to open the folders, it fails with following error message with garbled mutlibyte characters:
