Can multiple managed server addresses be used to reference a RESTful OSB service? (Doc ID 2052852.1)

Last updated on NOVEMBER 03, 2016

Applies to:

Oracle Service Bus - Version 12.1.3.0.0 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Goal

To reference a RESTful OSB service you use the following:

<tran:URI>
<env:value>http://<IP>:<port>/service/service</env:value>
</tran:URI>

The above works fine in a single server OSB configuration.

However, in case of two OSB server configuration (cluster), can the following be used:

<tran:URI>
<env:value>http://<host1>:<port>,<host2>:<port>/service/service</env:value>
</tran:URI>
