The error code prefix on OSB 12g have been changed to be OSB-xxxxxx. Previously, the error code prefix on 11g was BEA-xxxxxx.
Within services and specifically on how the handling of faults is performed, a customer's application will have the faults hardcoded to the 11g format; this can result in faults not being handled correctly and customer's services failing.
