The wadm command fails to communicate with the admin server after most of the lower strength ciphers have been disabled in the admin server:

bash-3.2# wadm --user=<USERNAME>
Please enter admin-user-password>

The admin SSL port has been restricted to only three 256 bit encryption strength ciphers

TLS_ECDH_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SH
TLS_ECDH_ECDSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA
TLS_RSA_WITH_AES_256_CBC_SHA
