A Single User Is Not Able To View Tasks In INBOX In Identity Console (Doc ID 2053752.1)

On : OIM version, a single user is not able to view tasks in the Inbox when logged in to the Self Service Console. The user sees the following exception while accessing either the "Pending Approvals" widget on the Home page or the Inbox:

"Error showing tasklist. Possible reasons could be : 1. SOA server connection information is not available. 2. If it is run in federated mode, the default server may be down"
