Symptoms
Oracle API Gateway 11.1.2.3.0 or 11.1.2.4.0.
When a "File Transfer Service" is configured,
- Policy Studio on Windows will accept only Windows style absolute paths for File Upload -> Request Directory
- Policy Studio on Linux resp. Solaris will accept only UNIX-style absolute paths for File Upload -> Request Directory.
In 11.1.2.3.0, the following error is printed in a popup:
The in directory must be an absolute directory
In 11.1.2.4.0, the following error is printed in a popup:
The request directory must be an absolute directory
Changes
The problem shows up only if Policy Studio is running on a different platform (Windows vs. Linux/Solaris) than the Node Manager and Gateway.
