"emagent_presetup" Script Fails With Trust Errors On IB Switches On Exalogic Racks (Doc ID 2054496.1)

When setting up EM Cloud Control Agents on Exalogic Virtual racks 2.0.6.0.0 and above for monitoring the rack, issue with EM Agent preset scripts failing with trust errors on IB Switches is seen.

In Exalogic Life Cycle Tools Kit we have "/exalogic-lctools/bin/emagent_presetup" script which is EM Agent presetup script. emagent_presetup script is used to do the following as per Technical Brief document Oracle® Enterprise Manager Cloud Control Managing and Monitoring an Oracle Exalogic Elastic Cloud Machine.

• Install the oracle-emagent.rpm software on the Exalogic rack.
• Push SSH keys to the switches, compute nodes, and Oracle ZFS Storage Appliance.
• Set the SNMP trap configurations on ILOMs, PDUs, Cisco Switch, and InfiniBand Switches.

When running this emagent_presetup, script fails with trust errors on IB Switches. This can be confirmed by looking at emagent_presetup log created after running the script. We can see below errors in the emagent_presetup log.

So there were no SSH issues or authorization key issues as per above validations. But still the emagent_presetup script execution was failing with trust errors on IB Switches.
