On : Oracle Access Manager 11g R2PS2 (OAM 11.1.2.2)
A custom authentication plug-in is failing to complete authentication of a user with an error.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Implement a custom authentication plugin in OAM 11.1.2.2.3.
2. Attempt to access a protected resource and authenticate.
