Errors Reported Starting Oracle WebCenter Portal Managed Server

Symptoms
Attempting to start up Spaces managed server and it fails with errors:

Changes
Originally they had deployed "extend.spaces.webapp.war" file and pointed to their company/custom code to extend spaces in weblogic.xml. Now, "extend.spaces.webapp.war" and company code has been removed from the instance.
