Symptoms

Unable to view assets in Contributor UI Assignments widget or "My Assignments" page in Admin UI

Errors:
- Contributor UI displays a javascript popup error: dojo.data.ItemFileReadStore: The json data as specified by: [ContentServer?pagename=fatwire/ui/controller/controller&elementName=UI/Data/DashBoard/Workflow&responseType=Json] is malformed. Items within the list have identifier: [id]. Value collided: [xxxxxxxxxxxxx]

- "Assignments" widget in Contributor UI home displays "Sorry, an error occurred"

- list of assets in My Assignments from Admin UI may list an asset that has a blank (no value) for the Name.

- The following errors are seen when trying to load the asset:
  "Asset not present in {sitename} Cannot view the requested asset because it does not exist in the site in which you are working."
  "ASSET.LOAD of {id} failed with error: -101
  Requested asset does not exist"
  "Invalid asset ID. Cannot load an asset of type Variables.description with ID of {id}. Please supply a valid ID and then try again."
