AQ Adapter fills up the SOA logs when the queue doesn't exist

Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version,

AQ Adapter fills up the logs with the following error when the AQ queue doesn't exist:

java.sql.SQLException: ORA-24010: QUEUE SOA.MYQUEUE does 
not exist
