Symptoms

WebCenter Portal Document List Viewer and Document Explorer do not display HTML file content on an iPhone 5 or iPhone 6.

Changes

 The following steps will show this behavior:
 ================================

1) Create a simple html file - Error.html that contains the following text:
 -------------------
 <!DOCTYPE html>
 <html>
 <head>
 <title>HTML div Tag</title>
 </head>
 <body>

 <!-- First group of tags -->
 <div style="color:red">
    <h4>This is the first group</h4>
    <p>List of vegetables</p>
    <ul>
    <li>Corn</li>
    <li>Squash</li>
    <li>Cucumber</li>
    <li>Eggplant</li>
    </ul>
 </div>

 <!-- Second group of tags -->
 <div style="color:green">
    <h4>This is the second group</h4>
    <p>List of fruits</p>
    <ul>
    <li>Apple</li>
    <li>Pear</li>
    <li>Orange</li>
    <li>Cherry</li>
    </ul>
 </div>

 </body>
 </html>
 -------------------

2) Upload the file to WebCenter Portal Documents area.  Note where this is for step 6.

3) Create a page in WebCenter Portal - "HTML Display Issue".
 -Ensure Documents functionality is working.

4) Add Task Flow Document Explorer.
 -Ensure Error.html is present as a file to be selected/opened.

5) Add Task Flow Document List Viewer.
 -Ensure Error.html is present as a file to be selected/opened.

6) Add Task Flow Content Presenter.
 -Select Error.html (for example: "/WebCenterSpaces-ucm/Enterprise Libraries/Brian_PortalSite1/Error.html")

7) Using
      -An actual iPhone5 (or 6),
      or
      -Chrome - Device view - Inspect Element

      login to the portal and select the page "HTML Display Issue" previously created.

8) Confirm the display presents 3 areas:
 - Document Explorer
 - Document List Viewer
 - Content Presenter

9) Confirm that the Content Presenter task flow area displays/renders the actual content contained in  "Error.html".

10) Click on the Document Explorer link for "Error.html".
 -The data contained in "Error.html" is not visible, only the metadata regarding the file.

11) Click on the Document List Viewer link for "Error.html".
 -A pop-up should appear, and the data contained in "Error.html" is not visible, only the metadata regarding the file.

 12) Note that:
 -Using WebCenter Portal Preview Device in Page Edit mode,
     - Using Device Preview -> selecting "iPhone5" emulation
          - Selecting the Error.html file in both Document Explorer and Document List Viewer,
               -Both show the html being displayed/rendered successfully.

 -Using Actual iPhone5 (& 6) do not render successfully.
