How to Rebuild the RACF LDAP Gateway Database (Doc ID 2057397.1)

This article is to assist one to rebuild the RACF LDAP Gateway Database, should corruption, HPBE errors (noted in nohup.out (Linux/Unix) or IDFService.* (Windows) log file) or file system space issue occur

Goal

 Procedure to rebuild the RACF LDAP Gateway Database to Correct HPBE Database Related Errors such as:

ERROR com.identityforge.idfserver.backend.hpbe.HPBEDatabase - Failed to sync the hierarchy table data may be lost.
ERROR com.identityforge.idfserver.backend.hpbe.HPBEDatabase - - Database.sync(): Failed to sync index on attribute uniqueMember - index data may be lost.
ERROR com.identityforge.idfserver.backend.hpbe.HPBEDatabase - - Database.sync(): Failed to sync index on attribute ou - index data may be lost.
ERROR com.identityforge.idfserver.backend.hpbe.HPBEModule - com.identityforge.idfserver.backend.hpbe.HPBEModule@1b8b352 com.identityforge.idfserver.backend.BackendException: Failed to load/create Btree:
ERROR com.identityforge.idfserver.backend.hpbe.HPBEDatabase - - Database.sync(): Failed to sync index on attribute modifytimestamp - index data may be lost.
 Exception in thread "Thread-575" java.lang.InternalError: wrong BPage header
