Integrated Weblogic Server Fails To Start With Schema Validation Errors Using Port Number 7001 (Doc ID 2058213.1)

While using the port 7001 for creating and running the Integrated WLS, new domain gets created but the Integrated WLS terminates with the below exception:

Caused By: java.io.IOException: [Management:141245]Schema validation error in C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Roaming\JDeveloper\system12.1.3.0.41.140521.1008\DefaultD
omain\config\config.xml. See the log for details. Schema validation can be disabled by starting the server with the command line option:
-Dweblogic.configuration.schemaValidationEnabled=false.

This issue occurs only when using the port 7001. Instead, if ports 7002, 7101, 7102 or 8001 are used, the issue does not occur.
This issue also exists in JDeveloper version 12.1.2.0.0.
