Symptoms
The WebCenter Content server is installed on Windows
It's configured to use MSSQL Server as its database.
The WCC is not configured for US English.
In the SR that this KM was based on the OS, DB, and WCC locale were all set for Spanish. As such the date format set on the operating system, database, and WCC Locale are set as DD/MM/YYYY.
When doing date searches on days of the month greater than the 12th, the following error is generated:
