"Account Name" Remains Unchanged Even After Update (Doc ID 2058935.1)

When we run Reconciliation jobs, the field "Account Name"(Self Service Console > Users > Accounts > Account Name) does not get updated whenever the account name is changed from the endpoint side. Why is that? And also notice that this does change the account information located in the "Detail Information" tab when the account is selected.
