Goal

The MaxPostSize value does not work correctly when Transfer-Encoding: chunked is set by the client. For the non-chunked request the max post size is honored and Error 413 : Entity too large is thrown if the incoming request exceeds the max post size. However in case the incoming request is chunked this value is not honored.

Problem and the symptoms are similar to that as documented in <Note 1388060.1>.  The document specifies that the problem is fixed in: 12.1.2; however the problem was still occurring.
