Symptoms
The Tuxedo TSAM Plus manager required database connection is the number of threads + some administrative connection from console(it is less than 5)
However, when many users are logging into the TSAM console it requires many database connections and requires over 10 administrative connections.
When a database connection limit is reached an exception like the following is seen:
