CategoryID and FolderID fields are Visible in Folio Check-in Form

After setting up WCCREC Simple Profiles to display "Category and Folders", the fields "FolderID" and "CategoryID" are also required to be added to the "available"
section in order to display this field along with and the browse option on the check-in page.

When accessing Folio check-in via the profile, the "FolderID" and "CategoryID" fields are visible and should not be.
