Symptoms
After upgrading ehcache to 2.5.7, incache diskstore folders (e.g. cs-cache, ss-cache, linked-cache) are not being created, and loading the Sites Cache Summary fails.
The following errors are seen in the sites.log when loading the System Tools --> Cache Management --> Sites Cache --> Summary utility:

Upgraded ehcache to 2.5.7 as part of one of the WebCenter Sites Patch upgrades (11.1.1.8.0 Patch 4+ or 11.1.1.6.1 Patch 15+).
