Option required to download items from WebCenter Content (WCC): RECORDS Content Basket as is available in WCC Content Basket.

After enabling Records on WCC, the Records Content Basket allows items to be added, but, does not allow for download. When WCC Content Basket is disabled, required due to conflicts with Records Content Basket, the ability to download is not available.

Desire same functionality of current WCC Content Basket download where the ability to select and download Native or Web-Viewable files.
