Symptoms

On : 11.1.1.7.0 version, B2B Engine

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
B2B sends Unsigned AS2 Negative MDN Acknowledgements even when the 'Sign MDN' checkbox is selected in the 'security' tab of the channel configuration.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
B2B Should send signed negative MDN instead of unsigned negative MDN when partner expects it.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot complete integration with partner.
