Symptoms

An Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) mapping that runs fine in Oracle Warehouse Builder (OWB) fails in ODI immediately with the following error after being migrated to ODI 12.1.3:

And the Session never starts. The error is also seen when executed in simulation mode.
