Symptoms
Web Page Url for pages created with 'Web Page' Page Style requires absolute URL with Root information. The relative URL results in Page NOT Found.
Changes
In WebCenter Portal, add a page (myTestPage) as Web Page to render a page created with APEX.
Set Web Page URL: /apex/f?p=350:10
View page. Page Not Found error is reported
Administer Portal -> Page myTestPage -> in Parameters tab - change webPageUrl : https://<HOST>/apex/f?p=350:10
myTestPage is successfully rendered
