CAS/CG Production (Visitor CAS) reports " Invalid argument" continuously

After starting up CG Production server or Sites (cas.log), it reports the following error continuously:

NOTE: may be different depending on your mcast_addr and mcast_port in jbossTicketCacheReplicationConfig.xml used by CAS/visitor CAS.
