Symptoms


When attempting to view an OmniPortlet with Charts / Graphs on a HA (High Availability) setup, the following error occurs:

Error occurred while rendering portlet - contact your system administrator.


The error is observed when accessing the OmniPortlet in some of the HA managed servers.
The charts show fine on the first managed server.
