Error 500 - Internal server Error While Trying to Login to OIM Post Upgrade

Upgraded from OIM11gR2 PS1 to PS3, and then completed T2P to clone the upgraded environment in order to have two different environments. .

Now when user tries to login the below exception is thrown in log with Internal Server exception 500
