Contributor Data File Takes Longer to Appear On WebCenter Portal (Doc ID 2065109.1)

Symptoms

After creating Contributor Data file from Site Studio, and adding this file in Content Presenter Taskflow of WebCenter Portal (WCP), the data of this CDF is not shown immediately on WCP.

  1. Login to WebCenter Content.
  2. Create New Web Asset.
  3. Select particular region definition.
  4. Create a Contributor data file (CDF).
  5. Add this file to WebCenter Portal via Content Presenter taskflow.
    --->The result is that the data is not shown for more than 1 hour.
           i.e Data from CDF is shown after 1 hour or so, but not immediately.

No errors/warnings reported in the WebCenter Portal logs.
Also a restart of WebCenter Portal Server makes the  CDF data to appear on portal.
