AD Users And Groups Not Populating In WLS Console (Doc ID 2065596.1)

Symptoms

A valid created user in AD does not show up in the WLS console. Groups from AD are not seen either.

Changes

New user "<AD_LDAP_User>" was created at the AD server; you also verified that the new user "<AD_LDAP_User>" could log in to the AD Server.

However, you are unable to connect to LDAP Server from WLS. Therefore  USers and Groups are not populating in the WLS console.
