Java.lang.NullPointerException At Oracle.idm.oic.server.MbeansAccess.prepareRpfcSystemConfig(MbeansAccess.java:1669) (Doc ID 2065637.1)

Goal

When click on Mobile Services after enabling Mobile & Social services, normally it should show the default configurations in the different components of Mobile Services,

However, it is throwing java.lang.nullpointer. exception and not showing any of the default configurations.

Exception logged in AdminServer-diagnostic.log :
