WCC Records Adapter Synchronization Operation is Failing for Large number of Items. (Doc ID 2065777.1)

Symptoms

Records Adapter configured between UCM and URM instance is not working properly. Once we run the Sync operation,it throws Time out error in the log and eventually no contents are getting synced to WCCRREC/URM instance. The URM instance also becomes unresponsive due to out of memory errors.
