How to Connect from Forms to Database with Secure External Password Store (SEPS)? (Doc ID 2066617.1)

Goal

We are trying to connect from Forms to Database and to use Secure External Password Store (SEPS) because:
a. We cannot have a username/password logon dialog box

or

b. We cannot store username /password in the Forms source or any configuration file (e.g. formsweb.cfg)

Is there a way to connect from Forms to Oracle Database without providing username/password and to use Secure External Password Store (SEPS) ?
