How to Migrate Updated AssetTypes using Publish Arguments (Doc ID 2066885.1)

Goal

We have updated our Page assettype (added url patterns) and need to migrate them from one environment to another.  Updated url patterns are not showing up on the target. 

How do we update assettypes on the target destination?
