Logon Manager Fails To Respond to A Web Application With Predefined Template (Doc ID 2068952.1)

Logon Manager fails to respond to a templated web application and does not inject the credentials.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Create a web application template for the desired web application.
  2. Publish the application template to the repository.
  3. Open a supported web browser and enter the URL for the web application.
