Symptoms

 After enabling the OracleDocumentsFolders component and configuring it to contain the appropriate URL and login credentials, you click the Test button to be confronted with this error:

 

Unable to make GET call with documents service. Failed to receive response from documents service.

 

If you perform verbose tracing on the component, you see a variant of the following error in the log:
