Symptoms
When attempting to launch Forms Recognition tools configured to use an encrypted Oracle Database password in the "*.exe.config" file, users are receiving an error. In Designer, the error appears as:
Brainware.Ssytem.DAL.DAException --> The underlying provider failed on Open.
ORA-01005: null password given: logon denied
In the Workdoc Browser, the error appears as:
An error occurred!(ShowJobList)
