Inbound Refinery Options Do Not Retain Correct Value in Interface When Using Double Quotation Marks (Doc ID 2069901.1)

Symptoms

We are trying to set parameters for the Inbound Refinery -> Third Party Applications -> CVista PDFCompressor Options and the Field is 'Parameters to pass to CVistaCompressor'.

These are the parameters we are passing:

When we save it, this seems to work, and the values are stored correctly in the <UCM_Domain>/ucm/ibr/data/configuration/cvista-pdf-options.cfg file.  But when we go back to that field in the IBR interface, the Field 'Parameters to pass to CVistaCompressor' does not retain the double quotes line "C:\ProgramData\CVision\PdfCompressor\batch\batch_.DocAttrib.xml".   We tried single quotes and no quotes at all but that doesn't seem to work for the application.
