Vacation Period round-robin reassignments are not working as expected

Task is not assigned to the replacement participant when the round-robin algorithm is enabled for user assignment.
For example users A , B, C are the users participating in round-robin assignment and the vacation period has been set for user A to reassign to user D.
When user A is on vacation, Task assignment for the user task should be D,B and C, but the actual assignment for that process is B and C.
