On : OAM 11.1.2.1.0 version, Authentication Engine

OAM : Oracle Access Manager WNA stops working suddenly

I am using Oracle Access manager with WNA for my Single Sign On environment. The application was working fine.

Suddenly , when I start the protected URL as http://<webgate_hostname_server:7777>/....  ,

it redirects the request to the OAM Server Error page directly and it displays the error as:

The user account is locked or disabled. Please contact the System Administrator.
