OGG Replicat Is Not Populating Exception Table When Using TRANSEXCEPTION (Doc ID 2070949.1)

Symptoms

 GG version: 11.2.1.0.13

When using reperror (default, transexception) Replicat doesn't populate dberrmsg, dberrno, optype etc in the exception table
