How to resolve and avoid start server failed caused by diagnostic store file corrupt or its size too big. (Doc ID 2071408.1)

Goal

 Start Server failed with the below error message.

<2015-10-13T03:13:49.332+0530> <Critical> <Health> <BEA-310006> <Critical subsystem PersistentStore.WLS_DIAGNOSTICS has failed. Setting server state to FAILED.
Reason: weblogic.store.PersistentStoreFatalException: java.io.IOException: [Store:280036]Missing the file store file "WLS_DIAGNOSTICS000000.DAT" in the directory "/u01/app/oracle/ovm-manager-3/domains/ovm_domain/servers/AdminServer/data/store/diagnostics".>

 How to resolve this problem and avoid it happen again.
