Symptoms
On : 11.1.1.8.0 version, Content Server using Framework Folders
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Cannot change the folder when checking in a new revision of a content item.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It is expected that the folder for the item could be changed when checking in a new revision of the item.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Check an item into a folder. Wait for the item to be Released.
2. Check the item out.
3. Bring up the Checkin form to check in a new revision of the item.
4. Notice that the Browse button for the Folder field is grayed out, so the folder cannot be changed for the new revision.
