Deploy of OWB Mappings After 12.1.x Upgrade Results in RTC-5161 (Doc ID 2071620.1)

After the RTC-5161 is encountered, tracing the OWB Design Center will show the following:

RT-SERV:Not found objectTypeName CMPMap defaulting to FCO: [WHRuntimeCommandGenerateDeploy$CompileThread:DeploymentUtils.isAdapterFCO(WBGeneratedObject)

and may show:

SQLNullException: cannot fetch null into primitive data type

Goal

 To upgrade out-of-place as per OWB Product Management.  In-place upgrades, the OWB repository in the database when it is upgraded to 12.1.0.X, are not supported.
