Symptoms

Installing/configuring a 2nd node for a  Forms/Reports 11.1.2.2 Cluster.
Successfully installed and configured node 1

Next step:

- Configure Forms Reports 11.1.2.2  on 2nd node expanding the domain and cluster.

When selecting to expand the cluster and giving the user/password/host/port to connect to the already configured domain, receive the error:
