Sessions Are Being SNIPED Before The Configured Idle Time Has Expired (Doc ID 2071991.1)

Symptoms

Sessions are being SNIPED within 10 minutes although the user profile is set to 15 minutes idle time.

The associated error is: ORA-02396 "exceeded maximum idle time, please connect again"

Changes

You have configured a profile with a limit  for MAX_IDLE_TIME

Additionally, the parameter resource_limit is set to true.
