Failover Issues With Mobile And Social Setup

On : 126.96.36.199.4 version, Agent infrastructure
We have OAM 11gR2 PS2 environment. We have configured the Mobile and Social setup and are observing that as soon as one of the OAM servers listed in the webgate profile is shutdown, the M&S calls start failing with the below error.
oracle.security.am.asdk.AccessException: OAMAGENT-02072: Failed to perform Authentication operation.at oracle.security.am.asdk.UserSession.callAuthenticate(UserSession.java:2016)
