Certificates for Oracle supplied jar files such as frmall.jar, frmwebutil.jar,expired in Jan 2016. The certificates need to be updated to comply with JRE 1.8.0_131 and higher requirements. What are the options for 10gR2 (10.1.2.3.1), 11g Release 1 (11.1.1.x) and 11g Release 2 (11.1.2.X)?
